| BIBLIOGRAPHIC REGISTRATIONS: |
ISBN
Your book will be assigned it own ISBN (International Standard Book Number), and will be listed in RR Bowker's Books in Print. This is needed along with a UPC barcode if you want your book to be taken seriously or sold in retail outlets. All formats require a separate ISBN.
CIP
If applicable we will apply for a CIP (Cataloging In Publication) or LCCN (Library of Congress Control Number) for your book and include it on your book's copyright page. CIP data is a bibliographic record prepared based on the subject matter and contents of your book.This information allows libraries and other book buyers to easily catalog and sell your book. You will need this in your book if you want it to be considered for placement in a library. Please note that time constaints also apply.
Official Copyright Registration
We will apply for an official copyright registration with the U.S. Copyright Office in your name. An Official Copyright Registration establishes a public record of your works. It is your official claim that provides you with additional legal protection if your book rights are infringed upon. The information will be placed on the copyright page of your book and copies of you published book will be filed with the Copyright office.

| INTERIOR LAYOUT: |
Our Technicians will work to create a unique layout design for the text and cover of your book. They’ll work with you to choose an overall format, chapter headings, header and footer styles, and fonts that fit well with your title. Our designers take into account what you are looking for, and what will work best for your book.

You will receive electronic proofs of your book's cover and interior via email, for your approval before press. You may request printed proofs of your book's cover and interior (cost applies).

| EBOOK: |
This option allows your book to be formatted and distributed as a downloadable Ebook. Your Ebook can be sold through all of our regular channels and delivered quickly via the Internet thus avoiding the need to charge for postage and handling. This system of delivery also allows a purchaser to receive your book without the long waiting period.

| COPYEDITING: |
Every manuscript needs to be edited by a professional Copyeditor. Your book will receive the attention of an experienced Copyeditor before it is published. A professional Copyeditor will review and polish your manuscript by looking for correct usage, punctuation, grammar, and spelling errors. Your Copyeditor will also, offer you advice on how to improve your book's readability.
The Copyeditor does not change your unique voice or writing style. Electronic editing will be used to provide you with the fastest service. You are in complete control because this method allows you to accept or reject any of the suggested changes. Two business days are needed to complete each 10 pages of work.
Standard Editing
- Proofreading for grammar, spelling, punctuation and general errors

| INDEXING: |
The index is an alphabetized list of names or subjects at the end of a nonfiction book that gives page numbers where each entry can be found within the book. Allow our experienced indexer work to with you to create a back-of-the-book index for your nonfiction book. Our indexer will select the appropriate index specifications to meet your needs. Indexes are recommended for most nonfiction titles.
This service is not available for medical or technical manuscripts at this time.

| IMAGE SCANNING & PLACEMENT: |
We will scan up to 20 original images into computer files containing black and white versions of the images. Originals may be photographs, line drawings, tables, or charts. You must have permission or the legal right to use the images that are submitted. Contact us if you have more than 20 images that you would like us to scan.

| CANCELATION: |
Once the order is sent to the Printer it cannot be canceled.
If you choose to cancel your order before it goes into the publishing phase you will be charged only for services and items rendered. (For example Consulting, ISBN, CIP, Typing, Editing, etc…). When the order enters into the publishing phase you will be charge for services rendered as well as for services started but not completed. (For example Preprint services, Scaning, Cover Design, Layout, Typesetting Set up, Shipping, etc...).
